Fire Emblem: Three Houses Announced For The Nintendo Switch

Fire Emblem Three Heroes which has a release window of Autumn 2019 is shaping up to be something very special thanks to the additional hardware power of the Switch. Then Nintendo's Fire Emblem is the series to tickle your strategy bones.

Three Houses is the official reveal of the mainline Fire Emblem game Nintendo confirmed for Switch early a year ago.

The same grid-based tactical screen is returning, but with some new twists thrown in. There also seems to be some sort of explorable hub or world with actual 3D models instead of 2D sprites.

The system will include 16-passenger vehicles called "skates" that will travel up to 150 mph (240 km per hour) through a tunnel. After Thursday's announcement, the city will begin one-on-one contract negotiations with The Boring Company.

Even though Nintendo said that its E3 Direct presentation would focus on Switch games releasing in 2018, one with a 2019 release date slipped through the cracks. For more details on the tactical role-playing game, make sure to search for Twinfinite!

"Fire Emblem: Three Houses", at its core, is an RPG.

In some parts, the player can move the main character freely, and interact with other characters, and gather information. The game looked awesome, with great music and incredible 3D graphics, unlike anything we have seen in the series before.
