Angelina Jolie ordered to give Brad Pitt more time with kids

The 43-year-old actress now has primary custody over the six children - Maddox, 16, Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12, and nine-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne - she has with her estranged husband, but according to new court papers, she could lose that custody arrangement the Fight Club star doesn't spend more time with his brood.

According to The Blast, a judge ruled that if she doesn't help fix her children's relationship with her ex, she could lose primary custody.

The court believes the kids are safe with Pitt and that it's critical each of the kids have a healthy and strong relationship with both parents.

According to court documents seen by TMZ, the Superior Court of Los Angeles County determined that "not having a relationship with their father" would be "harmful" to Maddox, 16, Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12, and twins Vivienne and Knox, nine.

Jolie and Pitt were ordered to conduct a phone call between them, their children and two psychologists "to explain the summer schedule".

In addition, the Tomb Raider actress must provide Pitt with "each of the minor children's personal cellphone numbers so that [he] may text them", according to the documents obtained by Us.

In the spirit of strengthening the relationship with Pitt, the court has laid out a summer schedule for the children, minus Maddox, to spend time with the actor over the summer.

From July 8 through July 14, Pitt gets the kids for four consecutive days and gets to choose how he fills those time slots and with which children.

But a judge has threatened to change their arrangements if Jolie doesn't start giving Pitt access to their brood.

Pitt will then get custody of the kids in California from July 21 to July 29, where they will visit their therapists and doctors on occasion. Because Maddox is older, the court is allowing him to decide how much time he wants to spend with his father. But Jolie and Pitt seemed to bury the hatchet in January 2017, releasing a joint statement saying they had agreed to handle their divorce in a private forum and would work together to reunify their family.

Following their split, Pitt was investigated by multiple agencies after Jolie alleged that he had a drinking problem and was abusive to their children.
