Fortnite for Nintendo Switch leaked via an update to the eShop

Nintendo and Epic certainly seem to be winding up for an E3 2018 reveal, and if that's the case, we have less than a week to wait before it's official.

But if you somehow missed out on the game, don't worry. Let us break this to you now, though: Mother 3 is never going to be localised.

Nintendo will live stream its E3 2018 presentation on Tuesday, June 12th at 9:00 AM PT / 12:00 PM ET. That's the ideal time for European viewers, for a change. Needless to say, the hype around this event is palpable, whether you're in attendance or watching from home.

All that remains now is to see how well the Switch can handle Fortnite, the iOS version is impressive but not ideal, so if the Switch can do better it will surely become the de facto portable version of the game.

India welcomes Trump-Kim summit
Kim arrived in the city with a bullet-proof limousine and a portable toilet in tow, according to South Korean newspaper Chosun. US forces in South Korea were also apparently clueless as to the decision to suspend the military exercises.

At the moment, no further announcements were teased, even if we don't know whether more will come at the show itself. However, thanks to an extremely convincing leak, we may know Nintendo's itinerary, or at least a sizzle reel.

When it comes to leaking games, Nintendo seems to have a odd way of dealing with such mistakes. We'll be covering the Direct as it happens here at SlashGear, so be sure to check back here for more.

Fortnite is available for Xbox One, Playstation 4, and PC.

A truck bearing some interesting art related to Fortnite has been spotted on the streets of Los Angeles, hinting at a possible launch of the Fortnite Champions Tour at E3 2018. Voice chat is also still something that very much needs to be ironed out on the console though games like Splatoon have shown that there's plenty of fun to be had without talking. There are rumblings of a Star Fox racing game, but nah, F-Zero, please.
