Dana White Working On Brock Lesnar vs. Jon Jones Fight

Lesnar, 40, remains under contract with World Wrestling Entertainment and is now the WWE Universal Champion, but White believes he's interested in a return to the promotion.

The note about Lesnar's WWE "deal" being up is interesting given the fact that Lesnar is reportedly working on a per show agreement with WWE.

Perhaps what White was referring to is Lesnar losing the title, likely at SummerSlam, which could wrap up any further commitments since he would no longer be carrying the Universal title.

"I'll end up figuring that out in the next month", White said of Jones's suspension. "There's a lot of options".

This is according to UFC President Dana White who has stated in the past the former UFC heavyweight champion and light heavyweight champion are interested in fighting each other.

Mohamed Salah still a doubt for World Cup opener against Uruguay
Salah jogged for about 30 minutes on Monday as his teammates trained on the same pitch in Grozny for the match in Ekaterinburg. The mercurial forward posed for pictures this week in the official team kit, looking both in good shape and in high spirits.

Both are now ineligible to fight, stemming from their respective in-competition drug test failures, but it's not beyond the realms of possibility for a scenario to take place in which they share the Octagon with one another. News broke about Lesnar failing a drug test following his victory at UFC 200.

Lesnar has yet to enter into the USADA testing pool, which would force him to be tested for six months before fighting again. Jones was previously pulled from a rematch with Cormier after he failed a drug test in 2016 and received a one-year suspension after arbitration.

As a result of that failed drug test, he was stripped of the UFC light heavyweight title and removed from the official UFC rankings.

Still, White feels pretty sure that if the stars align, Lesnar and Jones are both down to face off in the octagon. Both men are among the biggest stars in UFC history.
