Pep Guardiola: I will never coach Barcelona again

Pep Guardiola: I will never coach Barcelona again

As noted by Richard Fay of the Manchester Evening News, after leaving City this summer Toure has lashed out at Guardiola, saying he has an issue with African footballers.

Both City and Guardiola initially refused to comment, but the Catalan coach was asked about Toure's comments in an interview with Spanish show TV3 and said: 'It is a lie, he knows it.

When the subject was brought up, Guardiola was reserved in his assessment, telling This Is Premier League: "I would say we made the best year in the Premier League ever".

Toure started just once in the Premier League in his final season at the Etihad, when he captained the side against Brighton in the penultimate game of the season. He never told me face to face'.

Touré continued, citing his ethnicity as the prime factor behind Pep's treatment of him during their time together at Barcelona and Manchester City.

First lady's office pushes back against Giuliani on Stormy Daniels comment
Clifford accuses Davidson of breach of fiduciary duty and Cohen of aiding and abetting Davidson's disloyalty to her. But the apology, Avenatti said, is not for Giuliani.

"When the day comes that he picks a team featuring five Africans - and not naturalised Africans - I promise I will send him a cake!"

"My time there as a coach is finished because I'm not the same as I was then, nor is the way they see me the same", Guardiola added. I had the time of my life there.

"I$3 was at a fantastic age in which I was taking on the world and we took it on, with some incredible players, a young president (Laporta), Txiki". "Football always gives you another chance and people are surprised by the difficulty of the Champions League: with Bayern I got to three semi-finals and was knocked out in each".

"I think a player like Yaya would be good for a club like Arsenal, Chelsea, Man Utd, Tottenham or Liverpool".
