The First Trailer For Jim Carrey's New Comedy 'Kidding' Is Here

Jim Carrey is set to star as a creepy Mr Rogers-esque kids' show host in new Showtime/Stan comedy series, Kidding, and it looks both unnerving and extremely amusing. Judy Greer plays the show host's estranged wife, while his mouthy son is played by Cole Allen.

'KIDDING centers on Jeff, aka Mr. Pickles (Carrey), an icon of children's television and a beacon of kindness and wisdom to America's impressionable young minds and the parents who grew up with him. The role marks the first time Carrey has been a series regular since his "In Living Color" days in the 1990s. But his success and his sanity are thrown into jeopardy when his family life begins to implode and Jeff discovers there's no fairytale or puppet to guide him through his personal crisis as he starts to lose his grip on reality.

In unprecedented move, Terrell Owens won't attend Hall of Fame induction ceremony
Owens was voted into the hall in February after being denied in his first two years of eligibility. The decision to decline the invitation and not attend his own induction ceremony is unprecedented.

Fourteen years after they collaborated on Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, actor Jim Carrey and filmmaker Michel Gondry are coming together once again for Showtime's new comedy-drama, Kidding. Showtime has announced Carrey and Gondry's comedy-drama series, "Kidding", will debut Sunday, September 9. (Jeff calmly replies, "Please don't use a bad word when you could use a good word.") We sense a potent rage underneath all of Jeff's niceness, and his executive producer Seb (Frank Langella) has to remind him that he's "a trusted brand".
