DEFENDERS Season 2 'Not In The Plans Right Now' at MARVEL

During a Reddit AMA, Marvel Head of Television Jeph Loeb fielded a couple of questions about what's in store for the series on the streaming service.

"Not in the plans right now, but you never know!", Loeb answered.

While Marvel owns such characters as Daredevil, Luke Cage, Jessica Jones and Iron Fist, it appears that their television futures will ultimately be decided by Netflix. Asked by one user whether the popular dramas are meant to "continue indefinitely", Loeb replied, "That's really up to Netflix". It also seems like it would be pretty challenging to schedule together with the casts of four shows, part of the reason why Season 1 only consisted of eight episodes.

Marvel's Netflix TV shows got off to a promising start, despite their imperfections, and there was a time when everyone was excited to see if the magic of the MCU could be replicated on the small screen when they came together as the Defenders.

Fewer patients with breast cancer to face chemo treatment
About 17 percent of women had high-risk scores and were advised to have chemo. "There's always been this big grey zone", he said. After years of follow-up, the data showed that most patients who did not get chemotherapy fared as well as those who did.

With Season 2 of Marvel's Luke Cage premiering later this month, we can assume that Marvel's Iron Fist will debut its second season later this fall before the year ends.

Do you want a second season of The Defenders? The Punisher Season 2 is also now filming and Jessica Jones Season 3 is planning to start shooting soon. Sound off in the comments! Marvel's Iron Fist will again star Finn Jones as the titular hero, Danny Rand.

Marvel's The Defenders is now available on Netflix.
