An FBI agent is under investigation after he accidentally discharged his firearm as he performed a backflip at a Denver nightclub.

Shortly before 1 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to Mile High Spirits at 2201 Lawrence Street on a report of a shooting.

The agent goes to pick the gun up, when he hits the trigger and fires one round.

The unidentified Federal Bureau of Investigation agent was at the Mile High Spirits Distillery and Tasting Bar around 12:45 a.m. Saturday when he broke out into a dance routine.

Trump’s lawyers tell Russiagate prober he can’t be forced to answer questions
Giuliani told Fox News on May 12 that Mueller notified Trump's legal team two weeks prior that he will not indict the president. Trump's lawyers also argued that the president could not have obstructed justice by firing Comey several months later.

In the video, a man can be seen doing a back flip, during which a gun falls out of the back of his waistband.

Julie said she was shocked by the incident and wanted to make sure her friends were OK at the moment.

"Everyone was kind of shocked after it happened because [the agent] kind of put his gun back away and then he walked away", Julie said. In his haste to collect it, the agent accidentally fired the gun into the open crowd of civilians wounding a man in the leg. He was taken to a local hospital and is said to be in a good condition.

The unidentified agent was questioned by Denver police before being released to an "FBI supervisor", reported Denver's 9 News TV.
