She commented, "Alexa can use CanFulfillIntentRequest to ask surfing skills whether they can understand and fulfill the request". You should also test your skill and ensure that CanFulfillIntentRequest is supported for all intents handled by your skill. Earlier, they haven't had many ways of getting paid for a voice app, beyond subscriptions, making skills for businesses, or Amazon's payment program for highly engaging skills, reports Venture Beat.

Meanwhile, if the skill you want doesn't yet exist, creating it yourself should be easier than ever.

That being said, Amazon does note that the feature is now in beta so don't expect it to be widely available just yet.
