Justin Timberlake paid a special visit to a surviving victim of the Santa Fe High School shooting Friday morning.

Cops say Pagourtzis used a shotgun and pistol during his alleged shooting spree, which belonged to his dad and was reportedly kept in a closet.

A 17-year-old student has confessed to killing eight students and two teachers, and injuring 13 others.

Stone and Yanas are also alleging in their suit that Pagourtzis' mom and dad failed to warn the public about his "dangerous propensities" and didn't get him proper mental health treatment.

He did not know if his parents were planning to hire another lawyer.

In addition to students, the school's superintendent, principal and first responders were welcomed for a pregame ceremony.

Timberlake, who was widely photographed sitting next to Texans star J.J. Watt at the Warriors-Rockets game at Toyota Center Thursday night, visited Sarah and brought a gift.

Attendees at the game were asked to observe an extended moment of silence before the national anthem, which was performed by a choir from the high school while Santa Fe honors students held flags for the United States and Texas.

Texas already bans making firearms accessible to children under 17.

"It's so much more meaningful than what we do", D'Antoni said.

Fertitta said to those from the area around the school who made it out to the game: "All my Galveston County and Santa Fe friends, we're thinking of you".
