Battlefield V Teaser Trailer Revealed

Battlefield V Teaser Trailer Revealed

Electronic Arts is not unveiling its all-new "Battlefield" game until this coming Wednesday, May 23, but the game's World War II setting may have already been confirmed by its teaser trailer.

Battlefield's YouTube channel has been updated, which interestingly holds an unlisted trailer that is titled "Battlefield 5 Teaser Trailer".

The interesting thing is that, when analyzing this short video, it seems to confirm that Battlefield V will take us to the Second World War.

That's according to EA's Andrew Wilson, who told investors: "With our next Battlefield game, the team at DICE is bringing the intensity of combat to life in new and unexpected ways".

Fans have been speculating about the Battlefield V setting for some time. Like their competitors over at Activision and Treyarch, EA and developer DICE will also reveal this year's Battlefield installment via a live stream set for tomorrow, May 23.

We'll find out more during Battlefield 5's official reveal event. At that point, we'd expect to know a definitive answer. It's very likely that Battlefield V will use similar mechanics used in the previous game while also introducing new modes-possibly a battle royale mode. We'll report back as information is made available. Hopefully we'll find out more soon. If you can not wait to see more of what they are preparing, you will be happy to know that today they shared its first teaser.
