Janet Jackson Becomes First Black Female to Receive Billboard's Icon Award

The 20-year-old wrapped her lengthy post revealing that she was not invited to attend the awards show in Las Vegas on Sunday, May 20.

Paris Jackson praised her aunt Janet Jackson's Billboard Music Awards performance on social media, but when she wasn't seen in the audience alongside grandmother Katherine Jackson, brother Prince Jackson and aunt Rebbie Jackson while Janet accepted her Billboard Icon Award, fans questioned her family loyalty.

In her role as host, Clarkson, at one point, said she was supposed to lead a moment of silence in tribute to the victims of Friday's Santa Fe High School shooting. She gave an impassioned, tearful speech rather than remain quiet: "I'm so sick of moments of silence. It's not working. Like, obviously". "A moment of change?" Defensively, Rockets head coach Mike D'Antoni had his players prepared and aggressive for a full 48 minutes. When we defend at that level and take care of the ball, we're usually in pretty good shape".

But despite the comments accusing her of failing to sing live, Lopez didn't seem to be letting all the lip sync speculation get her down after leaving the stage.

It's important to remember that Kelly Clarkson was plucked from obscurity to become the legend that she is today, which means, at her core, she's a fan first like the rest of us. "EVERY FAMILY. My family, specifically, and a good number of others...well, our drama is broadcasted worldwide through media", Paris continued.

There's no doubt that the star stunned as she took to the stage for the 1920s inspired performance of "Dinero", which marked the first time Jennifer has performed the track on TV.

Exhibit B: When she crashed Normani's red-carpet interview to praise her dress rehearsal, like a true Harmonizer. She said, "Once again, y'all, we're grieving for more kids that have died for just an absolute - no reason at all".
