PUBG Mobile Gets Miramar Map, Improved Performance, Local Quick Teams, and More

Developed by Chinese mega-house Tencent Games, PUBG Mobile has been successful since the day it launched, and this is seemingly due to the genuine care that goes into it.

Today's update for PUBG Mobile adds the Miramar desert map. As announced by Tencent, the latest update for PUBG Mobile introduces the desert map Miramar to the mobile version of the "original" battle royale game, among other features. See if you can find the new vehicles and weapons! In fact, a huge PUBG Mobile update just arrived with tons of new content.

All things considered, it sounds like the latest update for PUBG Mobile should nudge it closer to the PC version of the game in terms of content and quality. Players can now collect rewards for progression when reaching new levels and take on new weekly activity missions.

- Added local quick team feature: enter a 6-digit code to team up with friends that are next to you.

A boat with around 40 people on board capsized in the Godavari river in Andhra Pradesh, according to multiple media reports. The capsizing is said to have taken place due to bad weather conditions.

- Added Regions: now you can choose your region and flag.

That said, some people don't want to complete missions, or want to spend a few dollars and get stuff right away.

Elsewhere, PUBG Mobile also has a shop doing the rounds, which allows players to fork out for cosmetic goodies and something called 'Secret Stash, ' which dishes out various special items on the cheap. Giving players another option and access to specific items at a lower price. That's a big one, and something a lot of players continue to complain about.
