If I cry, I cry - McCutchen eyes emotional return in Pittsburgh

McCutchen had said he wanted to finish his career in Pittsburgh, but the Pirates traded him to the Giants in January for Kyle Crick, minor league outfielder Bryan Reynolds and $500,000 in global bonus pool space.

The Pirates also showed their appreciation for McCutchen in other ways like banners and videos.

McCutchen had said he wanted to finish his career in Pittsburgh, but the Pirates traded him to the Giants in January for Kyle Crick, minor league outfielder Bryan Reynolds and $500,000 in worldwide bonus pool space. Big whoop. You're supposed to.

$-0.20 EPS Expected for Golar LNG Limited (GLNG)
Finally, ValuEngine downgraded Golar LNG Partners from a buy rating to a hold rating in a research report on Friday, February 2nd. Mccormick And Co Inc Non Vtg (NYSE:MKC) was raised too. (NASDAQ:ZNGA) for 595,231 shares. (NASDAQ:ZNGA) for 275,105 shares.

The reason that so many eyeballs were on PNC Park on Friday was not because of the 2018 Pirates, it was because of who they were.

I understand the impulse to say to yourself, "self, I think McCutchen will be extra motivated/focused against his former team".

Props to the Pirates for showing appreciation for the 31-year-old. McCutchen will nearly certainly receive a standing ovation in his first at-bat, but beyond that, I would caution reading too much into it. That being said, as you will see below, I'm okay using motivation as a tie-breaker. "I was like, 'Holy crap, that was Andrew McCutchen.' I had that star-struck moment first time seeing him". Ain't nothing going to change that.
