Arsenal face paying huge bonuses to Aubameyang - including £15M loyalty deal

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang became Arsenal's club-record signing in January when he signed in a reported £56 million move from Borussia Dortmund - and it's emerged that his Gunners deal has some rather odd clauses.

The Gabon global is not the only one doing well out of a move to London, as it has also been revealed that Henrikh Mkhitaryan was also paid nicely when he made the switch from Manchester United to the Gunners as part of the deal which sent Alexis Sanchez the other way.

Arsene Wenger has made four changes to the side that was beaten by Leicester City as he manages his final game for Arsenal against Huddersfield Town at the John Smith's Stadium.

Scoring on his Arsenal debut in a 5-1 win over Everton at the Emirates, Aubameyang has gone on to score nine goals in 13 games for the club across all competitions.

And Aubameyang's solid performances have earned him some eye-watering bonuses due to contract clauses put in place upon his arrival.

Here's how analysts see Conviviality Plc (LON:CVR) after this past week
Alliancebernstein Lp, New York-based fund reported 562,575 shs. 40,159 were accumulated by Trexquant Investment Ltd Partnership. Inmarsat plc provides mobile satellite communications services on land, at sea, and in the air worldwide.

But Football Leaks reveals Aubameyang will be paid a £15.15m loyalty bonus if he's still at the club at the end of his current contract in 2021, with that money coming in four instalments.

According to the latest batch of Football Leaks from German magazine, Der Spiegel, via the Daily Mail, the Gabon global, who is on a weekly wage of £198,000 a week, receives £50,000 for every Premier League game he starts and Arsenal win - the amount now standing at £250,000 as Arsenal have won just five domestic games where he has started.

But Aubameyang's biggest add-on comes in the form of a Champions League win bonus.

Aubameyang and Arsenal travel to relegation survivors Huddersfield on Sunday in Wenger's final match.
