Paul George Undergoes Knee Surgery

George battled minor ailments all season.

Paul George is set to be one of the top free agents on the market come July 1 as he gets set to make a very interesting decision about his future. In the meantime, George is looking to get right and ready for next season, which apparently means having knee surgery.

Oklahoma City Thunder swingman Paul George underwent an arthroscopic procedure on his left knee on Wednesday and will be sidelined for six to eight weeks, according to The Undefeated's Marc J. Spears.

George surprised the National Basketball Association world Wednesday afternoon, when he posted a photo in his Instagram stories as he was about to undergo the procedure.

No Need To Say "Hey Google" Every time You Command Google Assistant
This proved to not be an issue as Assistant could still understand and asked the questions it needed to fufill its user's request. When the new feature arrives, you will only have to say " Hey Google " once, and you can converse naturally from there.

George had a left knee scope procedure at the Kerlan-Jobe Orthopedic Clinic in Los Angeles, California, according to Thunder Executive Vice President and General Manager Sam Presti. He complained for much of the season about what he deemed right forearm "tightness", though he never actually specified the type of injury beyond that.

In an April road win against Atlanta, George said he suffered a left hip contusion, which was re-aggravated in the Thunder's first-round playoff series against Utah.

George averaged 21.9 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 3.3 assists for Oklahoma City this past season.
