13 years in, CP3 gets to the Conference Finals

When Chris Paul joined the Houston Rockets, expectations were through the roof that the future Hall of Fame guard would make his first trip to the Conference Finals. X-rays were negative, and he will undergo further tests when the team returns to Salt Lake City.

"CP3! CP3! CP3!" the Toyota Center crowd chanted late in the fourth quarter after a Paul scoring flurry put the game out of reach for the Rockets.

Mitchell lost the ball as he was driving past James Harden, and his left knee collided with the Rockets star. But he returned later to the Utah bench minus his sneakers, unable to help the Jazz rally late against the Rockets, who won the series 4-1.

The system sets a final destination and what the team calls a "local navigational goal that must be in view of the auto sensors". The researchers tested the self-driving system on a Toyota Prius and equipped it with LIDAR , sensors, and the Maplite system.

Mitchell dropped 22 points in the third quarter after scoring just two points in the entire first half. Paul starred in the series-clinching win, recording a career-playoff-high 41 points and a game-high 10 assists.

Paul, Trevor Ariza, P.J. Tucker and Luc Mbah a Moute ran the Jazz shooters off the three-point line, forcing them to find their offense in the paint and deal with Clint Capela, who finished with five blocks on the night.
