"We can confirm that the suspect of these homicides is in his home on Brown Farm Way", Montgomery County police said in a tweet at 10:48 p.m. It was not immediately clear how many people were found dead. Snyder's wife is cooperating with the police and was the one who confirmed that she was being held against her will by her husband. Tactical units and negotiators were also brought to the scene.

The defendant - who is considered to become understood by police - is still not in custody.

Tory infighting over customs union continues
Irish EU Commissioner Phil Hogan said last week the United Kingdom has been "sent back to the drawing board". Brussels has already rejected both of these customs models.

Police say the suspect is known to them, but they can not confirm if the shooting was domestic related. "Those negotiations went on for several hours". The suspect is still at large and locals have been advised to remain indoors. The suspect was on the phone with negotiators.

A gunshot was then heard, and Mr. Snyder was "located deceased in his home from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound".

Police said they'd had "a number of different contacts with the suspect over a number of different issues" in the past. She told police she was being "held by him" over the weekend. 41-year-old Christopher Snyder (Christopher Snyder) kept his wife under lock and key until she managed to escape and run to the neighbors for help.
